We, at PTG claims that one year experience with Team PTG is equivalent to three years in any peer company. PTG ensures the technical, leadership and communication skills required in its team members to work on complex projects. These skills are imparted through on-job training by senior team members and by organizing knowledge sessions by industry & domain experts. As soon as a new employee joins our team, he is put under a strict training where he is given set of tasks varying in complexity. They are given complete supervision in performing their tasks and accordingly projects are assigned. There is no spoon feeding at PTG, but complete hand holding till one becomes capable of handling a project & a team.
